This is a plain-language document. It covers using this website and joining the waitlist — nothing more, because that's all this site does today. The site is operated by Pingback Inc., part of TSARI (“we,” “us”). By using it, you agree to what's below.

What this site is

Today, this is an informational website about Pingback and a waitlist for early access. There are no accounts and no logins. It describes what we're building; it is not itself the product, and nothing here is a promise that any specific feature will ship or ship on any date.

Using the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and reasonably. Please don't:

try to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it;
scrape or harvest it in a way that disrupts it or others' use;
submit information that isn't yours to submit, or someone else's email to the waitlist.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you're giving us permission to email you about early access and related updates. Joining does not guarantee access, a spot, pricing, or timing — it means we may reach out. You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove your email at any time by emailing hello@pingback.ai. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, design, marks, and other material on this site belong to Pingback Inc. or its licensors. You're welcome to read it, link to it, and share it. You may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own without permission.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be correct, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Descriptions of what we're building are forward-looking and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pingback Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This is an informational site and a waitlist; use it on that understanding.

Links to other sites

Where we link out (for example, to our analytics provider's privacy page), those sites have their own terms and policies, and we're not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Pingback develops. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
